When on your hands and knees, place your wrists under shoulders and knees under hips. Keep your back flat and straight. Lift your knees about two inches off the ground. Start crawling by moving your opposite hand and foot just two to three inches forward while keeping your knee off the ground and your back level – repeat with your other hand and foot, DNA wrote.
